We like to keep things simple.

Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 working days, using Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class for most deliveries. Royal Mail aims to deliver within 3–5 working days, including Saturdays. Need it sooner? Express delivery is available at checkout.

RETURNS

Vintage & sale items are final sale.
Because every vintage piece is unique, all online purchases of vintage items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. The same applies to all sale items.

New items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging an item. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund return postage. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return or exchange once it arrives with us.

For exchanges, your replacement item will be sent using our standard shipping service outlined above. For refunds, please allow up to 15 days for the money to reach your account.
